The wrist-watch includes a single-casting case (1) made preferably of ceramic. In the case are assembled through the top an encaging ring (18), a movement (25) arranged in the ring and a dial (28) imprisoning the movement. The watch includes means for positioning the ring angularly (7, 19), radially (6) and axially (8) with respect to the case. It also includes means (21, 23; 20, 29) for angularly positioning the movement and the dial with respect to the ring. The case is closed by a glass (32) bearing upon a raising (30). <IMAGE>
