This shoe consists of an upper 101 equipped with a rigid rear counter 103 and with a rigid shaft-collar reinforcement 107 articulated on the rear counter. According to the invention, the upper comprises a low part consisting of the rigid rear counter 103 and of a golosh 104 and comprises an upper part forming a shaft collar 105 integral with the bottom part 104 and made from a relatively flexible material.
