PURPOSE:To increase the efficiency of inspection and the ability of processing, by dividing the eye-sight of cameras into a plurality in pharmacy industries, conducting automatic inspection for separate objects every section, and changing the inspection level depending on each section. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of inspected objects 1 are illuminated with light 2 while being rotated within a horizontal plane, only foreign materials in medicine are caught with TV cameras 3, and the video signal is fed to a screen section circuit 5. The circuit 5 processes the video signal and outputs horizontal scanning lines, the scanning lines are provided with vertical and horizontal section lines, and each section line moves in the synchronized speed with the inspected objects 1 are moved so that other section video does not enter the eye-sight of picture sectioned. The output from the circiit 5 is fed to an inspected object position limit circuit 13 to section the pictures on inspected objects and on partial groups with an inspected object position signal 16, the number of foreign materials is counted 17 in it, and it is compared 19 with a set value 20 to obtain the proficiency judgement signal. |
