The method for obtaining noble metals concentrates from metallurgical waste insoluble in nitro hydrochloric acid, in which noble metals are cumulated in metallic lead and then are separated from the carrier, characterised in that the lead alloy containing noble metals is cast into anodes, which are placed in the fluorosilicic electrolyte and are subjected to the electrolytic refining process with anode current density of 200-600 A/m<2> and cathode current density of 130-300 A/m<2>, and in the initial stage of the process, an electrolyte is used which contains 30-80 g of lead, 50-150 g of fluosilicic acid and 0.5-2.5 g of hydrofluoric acid per 1 dm<3>, whereas during the electrolytic refining process, hydrofluoric acid is added every 5-10 hours in the amount of 0.5-2.5 kg per 1 m<3> of electrolyte, and then the obtained anode slime containing 8-20% by weight of noble metals is further processed by known methods, and the lead sponge formed on the cathode is returned as the noble metals collector to the first stage of the process.
