Method for simultaneous two-way data transmission over two-wire circuit, characterised in that sent binary data signal, with elements accepting states 1 and 0, is assigned linear sent signal, in which the signal element with frequency numerically equal to the unit interval matches the binary state 1, whereas signal element with the same frequency, but phase reversed by 180 degrees, matches the binary state 0, and so formed signal is transmitted to the cable two-wire circuit, and at the same time the received signal transmitted over that circuit is detected, which reveals signal elements with frequency numerically equal to four times of the unit interval duration inverse value, and the same elements but reversed in phase by 180 degrees, are subsequently assigned to signal elements with the frequency numerically equal to four times of the unit interval duration inverse value - binary state 1, whereas the signal reversed in phase by 180 degrees is assigned binary state 0, while at the same time the linear signal sent to the cable circuit elements with frequency numerically equal to the unit interval, and the same elements but reversed in phase by 180 degrees are revealed and are assigned to the elements of the signal with frequency numerically equal to the inverse of the unit interval duration - binary state 1, whereas the signal reversed by 180 degrees - binary state 0, and at the same time a linear sent signal is transmitted to the cable circuit, in which the element ...<IMAGE>
