Rifle-mounted grenade in form of a head joined with pipe stabiliser, wherein there is a three-piece bullet trap composed of a steel core, aluminium separator and a bullet trap movement braking element, where the grenade has a fuse, characterised in that inside the stabiliser (S), in its active part, there is a reducer sleeve (T) with the external diameter equal to the internal diameter (D) of the stabiliser, and with the internal diameter adjusted to the rifle muzzle device, where the grenade fuse (Z) is located between the head (G) and the bullet trap, wile the bullet trap is located between the fuse (Z) and the reducer sleeve (T), which has a stopper ring from the trap side, and the relation of the length (L) of the stabiliser's active part(S) to its internal diameter (D) is lower than 5.9.<IMAGE>
