Multi-stage impeller pump, consisting of repetitive segments, built from the stage element and immobile guide ring and an impeller, where all the impellers are mounted on a common drive shaft of the pump, characterised in that its guide rings (9) have disks (10) made from elastic material, which have conical shoulders (16) with a widening part directed towards the inflow, where the guides (9) touch along the axis with their axis-contacting part (13) with own stage element (8), and with its circumference-contacting part (14) - with the front wall (15) of the element preceding a given segment, and around the axis-contacting part (13), in the space between the guide (9) and its stage element (8), a circular compensation clearance (20) is created.<IMAGE>
