Two rings gear clutch, consisting of two external teeth clutch plates and bush with double internal teeth, characterized in that two rings internal teeth bush (6) is equipped with two pairs of spherical surface inserts (7,8), and the clutch plates (1,2) also have spherical surfaces on both sides of their teeth, while surface profiles of those inserts (7,8) and clutch plates (1,2) are spherical belts, with centres of their spheres placed at the intersection of external teeth clutch plate axis (1,2) with vertical lines leading through the centre of those plates' teeth, additionally one gear clutch plate (1) is placed on the main shaft (3), while the second clutch plate (2) is connected with a cable drum (5) through a basket (4), and the basket (4) with hole plug (9) supports the cable drum (5).<IMAGE>
