The dismantlable frame element for exhibition and/or dividing walls, ceilings and shop windows consists of a basic element, the long side of which is connected to a side element pivotable through at least 90 deg., the basic surface of which is connectable to the same frame elements and/or further constructional parts. The basic surfaces of the base elements are couplable to one another. Each basic element has two side elements, which are joined together with further side elements and basic elements to form a rectangular frame. The basic element has a U-profile on its two long sides with arc-shaped end areas narrowing the profile. A side element is insertable in this U-profile with a circular arc-shaped guide rail having an end-side round strip in the circle centre point. USE/ADVANTAGE - Used in fair and exhibition halls to overcome the problems inherent in the use of aluminium profiles which are relatively dear, need careful packing for transportation, and need trained personnel to erect them.
