A measuring device for rail vehicle braking force, in particular for an electric locomotive operating on a main transport line in a mine, characterised in that on the base plate (1) anchored in the ground, a metal support enclosure (2) is attached, which has a rectangular trapezoid cross-section, and to the upper front surface of this enclosure, a hydraulic actuator (6) is attached by means of screws (3, 4, 5) and protective nut (16), and the actuator is fitted with an arm (7) ended with a bumper (8), whereas to the rear side wall of the support enclosure (2), an extension arm (9) is attached fitted equipped with a control panel (10) with a hydraulic separator (11), a pressure gauge (12) and table of variations (13), but the bumper (8) is fixed to the arm (7) of the hydraulic servo-motor (6) and disconnected by means of a bolt (14) with a cotter pin (15).<IMAGE>
