A system preventing from automatic releasing of hoisting machine brake, comprising an interlock actuator unit coupled with an interlock unit, whereas the interlock actuator unit controls an electro-pneumatic pressure regulator for the pneumatic brake, characterised in that it has a maintenance circuit (OP) for the operation of the interlock actuator unit (CWB), whereas the maintenance circuit (OP) is shunted by means of a shunting element (2CB) for the neutral position of the lever (DH) of the manoeuvre brake (HP).<IMAGE>
