The cap 5, made by moulding in one piece from a heat-curable material, comprises a top 6 and a peripheral skirt 7. The zone of connection between the top 6 and the skirt 7 is integral with the upper end of three vertical rods 9 which are regularly distributed and disposed at a slight distance from the internal surface of the skirt 7. Each rod 9 has, in horizontal cross-section, an arched profile comprising, towards the interior and at each end, a bulging part. The rods 9 cooperate with a rigid part of the container to be capped whilst supplying the elasticity required to ensure the capping. The invention applies to caps made of heat-curable material, designed for capping containers such as atomisers or sprayers. <IMAGE>
