1. Method for producing modified incrusting preparation for seed dressings based on alkaline hydrolysed poly acrylonitrile or acrylonitrile copolymer, characterised in that to the aqueous solution of hydrolysed poly acrylonitrile or acrylonitrile copolymer with pH within the range of 6.5-14.0 and molar ratio of amide to carboxyl groups from 1:1 to 1:4, microcrystalline cellulose is added, which has the secondary swelling factor WRV = 100-1,000%, average polymerisation degree of 30-300, average particle size of 0.1-200 microns and polymer content of 0.1-96% by weight, preferably in solid form or in the form of water slurry, in the amount of 1-50% by weight in relation to polymer mass, the reaction mass then is neutralised with aqueous solution of acid, preferably sulphuric, phosphoric or citric acid with concentration of 1-20% by weight, before or after microcrystalline cellulose is added, until pH=6.5-8.0 is obtained, and then the obtained product is homogenised until homogenous form is obtained.
