The device uses an injected moulded plastic bolt (1) which closes a housing (4). Stops (8) formed on the bolt stem (6) prevent rotation of the bolt head (5) and a latch mechanism (9) prevents the bolt from being withdrawn. To open the housing, the bolt head must be separated from the bolt which gives an indication that it has been opened by non-authorised persons.
