The invention provides an assembly of a catheter (6) and a sheath (1) for co-operation therewith, wherein the catheter (6) is provided with visible gradations (8) disposed on the surface of the catheter (6) adjacent its hub (5). The catheter (6) co-operates with the sheath (1) which is provided with gradations (3) adjacent its tip (4). The arrangement in accordance with this invention allows for the accurate placement of small biological particles such as human embryos into appropriate body cavities. |
