This antenna comprises:

  - above a radio-frequency counterpoise (12), a quarter-wave skirt antenna including a tube (2) closed in its upper portion and a coaxial feeder (10) arranged inside the tube, the radiation pattern of this antenna being omnidirectional and of low angle of elevation, for receiving signals transmitted by ground stations,
  - above the skirt antenna, a corkscrew antenna (1), the surface (4) closing the upper portion of the tube of the skirt antenna constituting for the corkscrew antenna a reflector plane favouring a hybrid mode of radiation lowering the reception lobe of the pattern towards an angle of elevation suitable for receiving signals transmitted by satellite, and
  - coupling means (9) for combining the signals received by each of the two antennas.
