The manufacturing of a plastic (PVC) boot with inner fur lining includes the fitting of the fur cut on the specially constructed mould and its fitting by applying the glue with light taps with the use of the special tool (6). The addition of a second cut (2), made out of woven textile over the cut fur (1), the fitting of a third cut (3), over the cut (2), and the injection of PVC material (4) for the construction of the boot. The processing of the fur's nap with the air-brush (7) after the cooling and removal of the boot out of the stretcher. |
