<p>The invention relates to an improvement made to thrust reversers of jet engines and more particularly to so-called swing-door reversers. The doors are equipped, at their upstream part, with a deflector 90 for deflecting the jet which, according to the invention, in the door open position, is in a position close to a line PM parallel to the axis of the engine 1, the deflector forming an angle B greater than 90 DEG with the inside wall of the door.
