PURPOSE:To obtain the document processor which can print table calculation data for the unit of a rectangular area. CONSTITUTION:An instructing means 1 is provided to instruct the printing for the unit of the rectangular area, a table calculation document storing means 2 is provided to store plural table calculation documents composed of format information, ruled line information and table calculation data, a rectangular area selecting means 3 is provided to select the specified rectangular area in the table calculation document by extracting the ruled line information from the table calculation document storing means 2 while receiving the instruction of printing, a format information reading means 4 is provided to read the format information set in the specified selected rectangular area from the table calculation document storing means 2, a table calculation document output means 5 is provided to read the table calculation data in the specified selected rectangular area from the table calculation document storing means 2 and to output the data as one document according to the read format information, and a printing means 6 is provided to print the specified table calculation document outputted from the table calculation document output means 5. |
