<p>PURPOSE:To suppress deterioration in picture quality caused by a spread of a response in the vertical direction in the time spatial filter circuit expanding a moving signal in time space in order to reduce leakage of movement detection of a picture. CONSTITUTION:An input moving signal is inputted to a loop circuit comprising a 262H delay field memory 1, a 263H delay field memory 2 and a K1 multiple coefficient device 5 in the time spatial filter. On the other hand, an output of the 262H delay field memory 1 is multiplied by K2 and the resulting signal is inputted to a line memory, from which the signal subject to 1H delay is obtained, A maximum signal is selected from the two signals, the input moving signal and an output signal of a coefficient device in the loop is selected as an output signal of the filter.</p> |
