<p>PURPOSE:To provide a resin compsn. which, when used as a binder, gives a printing ink (esp. a special gravure ink) exhibiting sufficient adhesion to various plastic films and an excellent direct laminability. CONSTITUTION:A resin compsn. which comprises a polyurethane resin prepd. from polybutylene adipate having an average mol.wt. of 2,000, IPDI, 1,4- butanediol, and di-n-butylamine and a modified chlorinated polyolefin prepd. by reacting a low-mol.-wt. chlorinated polyolefin having carboxylic anhydride groups (e.g. a chlorination product of a maleic anhydride-modified polypropylene) with polybutylene adipate having an average mol.wt. of 2,000 in a solvent (toluene).</p> |
