PURPOSE:To simplify the edition processing operation such as copy, move, and deletion. CONSTITUTION:The document processor arbitrarily selecting a frame area 2 formed by a framing processing and a general area 3 not for the framing processing stores the entire data including the character type data of the general area 3 and the frame area code indicating the presence of the frame area 2 in the first area corresponding to the alignment of a display screen 1, and provides a data file 5 storing the frame area display data corresponding to each frame area code in the second area. When a frame area code is included in the entire data in a specified range 5 taken out from the data file 5, the data is linked to the character type data by replacing this frame area code by the frame area display data corresponding to this frame area code, resulting in a batch selection of the general area 3 and the frame area 2 based on the both data after this connection. |
