PURPOSE:To prepare a schedule without duplication by collating the production schedule information of the production management system when preparing an installation maintenance schedule, collating the maintenance schedule information of the system when preparing the production schedule, preparing a schedule giving priority to the production schedule at the time of duplication for each collation, and outputting the duplicated schedule as error information. CONSTITUTION:A scheduling machine M4 prepares the molding process schedule automatically based on the forming schedule from a plant host computer M1, and receives metal die maintenance schedule inputted from the maintenance management machine M9. At the time of duplication, the molding process schedule takes precedence and the duplicated information is outputted as an error. A maintenance management machine M9 receives the molding process plan inputted by the scheduling machine M4, checks the metal die maintenance and molding process schedules, preceding the molding process schedule while taking the duplicated information as an error at the time of duplication, stimulating the adjustment of the maintenance schedule. |
