Foundation anchor comprising an anchor body (1), a pile (stake) for driving (18), a pull cable (23) and a lateral shield (25). A first deployment of the shield (25) is ensured when the driving pile (18) is removed, because a boss (28) must leave a groove (20). Teeth (27) penetrate into the surrounding soil, which ensures complete deployment of the shield (25) when the cable (23) is pulled, then the tilting of the body (1).
