<p>PURPOSE:To provide the liquid crystal display device equipped with a touch panel control circuit which does not produce malfunction owing to a noise generated by a liquid crystal display panel. CONSTITUTION:The liquid crystal display device consists of the liquid crystal display panel 1, a touch panel 2, and the driver IC3 of the liquid crystal display panel, and the control circuit 4 of the touch panel. The control circuit 4 is equipped with a delay circuit 5 which inputs an AC-converted signal DF supplied from the driver IC3 to the liquid crystal display panel 1 and delays the signal by a constant time, a signal generating circuit 6 which generates a scanning signal of one pulse corresponding to the rising of the delay signal outputted from the delay circuit 5, and a signal detecting circuit 7 which detects whether or not a switch-ON signal outputted by the touch panel 2 is present each time the signal generating circuit 6 outputs the scanning signal.</p> |
