The bulk package accommodates a large number of rectangular ones surrounded by carboard, paper or plastic foil wrapping. The outer wrapping (14) contains openings (17) at the outside (15) of each individual package (13), to allow the passage of marking tools, e.g. for excise stamps. Each opening is pref. opposite the bottom of the respective package, and can be smaller than the latter surface area. Adjacent recesses can be sepd. by narrow ribs covering the package edges. USE/ADVANTAGE - For cigarette packs etc., with easy marking of wrapped packs.
