Electrical contact plug comprises a plug element (3) fitted with a spring contact (43) which can be inserted into a socket element (4) fitted with current contact leads (23). When inserted into the socket the plug makes at least 3 and possibly 6 electrical current contacts. USE/ADVANTAGE - Used for mobile drive of esp. a drum used to hold material to be treated in an electrolytic bath. Electrical contact is easily made without any damage from electrical shock.
