The subject of the invention is a connection between hub and brake drum of a drum brake for vehicles, especially trailers, with a fixing flange (5) formed on the hub (4) and a connecting flange (9) formed on the brake drum (10), which overlap one another and in which bores are provided for wheel bolts (11). In order to improve the centring and the strength of the connection it is proposed that the bearing surfaces (8, 12) between the fixing flange (5) and the connecting flange (9) be inclined at an acute angle alpha to the radial plane so that both flanges have a greater thickness of material on the shoulder than on their free edge. <IMAGE> |
