PURPOSE:To facilitate control of printing space by handling informations concerning dot images and the informations on printing spacing related to the former as the sets of integral informations. CONSTITUTION:A memory means 1 stores a dot image information and a printing spacing information as a set. Corresponding to a character code designated by an application program, a dot image information and a printing spacing information are read out from the memory means 1, and the dot image information is put out to a dot image printing means 3, and the printing spacing information is put out to a blank printing means 4 seperately. The dot image printing means 3 controls a printer to print the information received as a dot image. The blank printing means 4 controls the printer to print the designated space, following the dot image printing. Therefore, a complicated control for spaces between printings becomes unnecessary. |
