PURPOSE:To obtain a cylinder contacting/separating device which can reduce a backlash of a gear in a cylinder-separated state and eliminate a shock mark and the like caused by a shock in abutting/separating a cylinder. CONSTITUTION:A cylinder contacting/separating device provided with a plate cylinder, a rubber cylinder, and an impression cylinder abuts or separates the rubber cylinder by rotating an intermediate race 2 of an eccentric bearing 1 of the rubber cylinder. The intermediate race 2 is selectively rotated to three rotating positions by a two stage stroke-type air cylinder 10. At the first rotational position, the rubber cylinder is abutted on both the plate cylinder and the impression cylinder to be in a complete contact state; at the second rotational position, the rubber cylinder is in contact with the plate cylinder but is separated from the impression cylinder to be in a partially separated state; and at the third rotational position, the rubber cylinder is separated from both the plate cylinder and the impression cylinder to be in a separated state. |
