<p>PURPOSE:To provide gas separation equipment constructed so that power consumption may be saved and product gas may not wasted. CONSTITUTION:In gas separation equipment 1, air compressed by a compressor 5 is fed to adsorption vessels 7A, 7B to form gaseous N2 which is stored in a buffer tank 20. The buffer tank 20 is equipped with a pressure sensor 23 detecting pressure. A control circuit 2 stops an adsorption unit 7 and the compressor 5 when pressure value of the detection signal from the pressure sensor 23 attains to the upper limit value PH stored in a memory 2A and starts the adsorption unit 7 and the compressor 5 when pressure in the buffer tank 20 drops to the lower limit value PL.</p> |
