The vaporisation device for a liquified gas used in its gas phase as a rinising or protection gas, or as a cooking medium, allows the heat content of the retained gas to be used as the vaporisation heat for the liquified gas. It uses an inner profiled tube (1) which projects into a liquified gas container (5), with the returned gas phase passsed through the tube (1), the outside of which has a porous cladding (3).
