<p>It comprises rib-like shapes (107) with an opening (108) into which is fitted the jut (104) of securing pieces (101), said pieces (101) being provided with eleastic lugs (102) which in turn are fittted onto a projection (112) of a cover-like shape (109). The edges of the plates are trapped between the shapes (109) and (107), with interposition of watertight seals (11,13).
