The mixture of thermoplastic compounds contains A 20 - 80 % by weight of a first thermoplastic resin containing a1 a vinylaromatic hydrocarbon having 8 to 12 carbon atoms a2 a monoethylenically unsaturated monomer B 80 - 20 % by weight, based on A + B, of a further thermoplastic resin containing a mixture of b1 a thermoplastic copolymer containing reactive groups, and b2 an elastomer containing reactive groups, and is characterised in that B contains, in each case based on B, b1 50 - 90 % by weight of the reactive copolymer which is built up from b11 60 - 90 % by weight of a vinylaromatic hydrocarbon having 8 to 12 carbon atoms, b12 15 - 35 % by weight of a monoethylenically unsaturated monomer from the group comprising acrylonitrile, methyl methacrylate, N-phenylmaleimide or mixtures thereof, and b13 1 - 20 % by weight of a further monoethylenically unsaturated monomer from the group comprising maleic acid, maleic anhydride, glycidyl methacrylate, vinyloxazoline or mixtures thereof, and b2 50 - 10 % by weight of the elastomer containing reactive groups, the reactive groups originating from monomers from the group comprising maleic acid, maleic anhydride, glycidyl methacrylate, vinyloxazoline or mixtures thereof, and are copolymerised into b21 linear or branched copolymers having a Tg of < 0 DEG C or are grafted onto b22 conventional elastomers based on polymers or copolymers of butadiene, copolymers of butadiene, polymers or copolymers of acrylates of alcohols having 2 to 8 carbon atoms, or polymers from the ethylene-propylene or ethylene-propylene-diene series. The mixtures according to the invention are converted, at elevated temperature, into matt moulding compositions which are used to produce mouldings.
