<p>Device for monitoring the neuromuscular activity of a nerve, especially the facial nerve. The device comprises a piezoelectric sensor (4) for detecting muscle contractile activity, means for applying the sensor (4) on the skin, means (12-14) for processing the signal transmitted by the sensor (4), said means being adapted to provide a response signal corresponding to the amplitude of muscular activity, means (16) for generating a reference voltage threshold corresponding to a predefined value of muscular activity, means (15) for comparing the response signal with the reference threshold, said means being adapted to provide a reference threshold overrun signal, and indication means (18-20, 24, 26) capable of being activated by the threshold overrun signal.</p> |
