The side rails extend above the track transport plane and prevent transported goods from being fed outwards sideways from the track during its movement. The distance between the side rails is less than double the dia. of the circular bottom cross-section of the transported goods. Between the support surface (7) and each of the side rails is a bearer surface (10) on a level somewhat above the support surface plane. Between the support surface and the bearer surface are components which facilitate movement of a transported object sideways from the support surface (7) and up onto the bearer surface when forward feed of the object along the track is prevented by a resistance. - The components facilitating the movement of a transported object sideways comprises a downwardly directed bevelled ramp on the bearer surface (10) turned towards the support surface (7), and a rounded surface between the support surface and the bearer surface running in the track longitudinal direction, and extending upwards over the plane of both the support and bearer surfaces. |
