PURPOSE:To control precisely plural trucks traveling on a track by assigning inherent truck numbers to respective trucks and executing the setting of the addresses of respective trucks and two-way information transmission between the ground and respective trucks at a position where both electromagnetic induction lines are crossed each other. CONSTITUTION:To access specified trucks, the truck number of trucks 4 to be accessed from a central control part 50 are successively inputted to respective ground side transmission units 6 connected to respective horizontal loop coils 51. The modulated truck number is sent from respective units 6 to the coils 51 through a branching filter 53 and a matching transformer 51a to access the trucks 4. When a loop antenna of each truck 4 receives the car No. at a crossing point between a vertical loop coil 52 and the coil 51, the truck number is sent to a truck control part through a truck side receiving unit.
