PURPOSE:To easily prescribe the thickness of a product, to easily perform the maintenance to contamination and to sufficiently achieve the diffusion of gas in the preparation of a thermosetting resin foamed plate. CONSTITUTION:A strip material of an uncured non-foamed resin is supplied to a double conveyor 3 wherein fwo conveyors are opposed to each other so as to provide the opposed interval (d) equal to the thickness of a product and foamed and cured under heating while the thickness thereof is prescribed to that of the product to prepare a thermosetting resin foamed plate. In this apparatus, the length of the double conveyor 3 is set so that the divided length of two or more pairs of double conveyors 3A ... 3A is set to L1 within the region of the band length where the foaming degree and hardness of the strip material 2 of the uncured non-foamed resin become those of a final product and, when the resin is cured up to the final hardness, gas is discharged between the divided double conveyors 3A ... 3A, 3B ... 3B. |
