PURPOSE:To produce the subject laver having a high nutritive value, a high quality and rich diversity by cutting the leaves of layer into a specific size, adding water to the cut laver leaves, drying the cut layer leaves into sheets on blinds, toasting the laver sheets and subsequently breaking the toasted laver sheets. CONSTITUTION:Laver leaves are cut into a size of 8mm to 100mm, mixed with water in a desired ratio, and dried on laver blinds into sheets having a dry weight of 1.2-3.5g/400 cm<2>. The sheets are toasted and broken into the objective chip-like toasted layer having leaf lengths of <=50mm. |
