PURPOSE:To easily prescribe the thickness of a product, to easily perform the maintenance to contamination and to sufficiently achieve the diffusion of gas in the preparation of a thermosetting resin foamed plate. CONSTITUTION:A strip material of an uncured non-foamed resin is supplied to a double conveyor 3 wherein two conveyors are opposed to each other so as to provide the opposed interval (d) equal to the thickness of a product and foamed and cured under heating while the thickness thereof is prescribed to that of the product to prepare a thermosetting resin foamed plate. In this apparatus, the double conveyor 3 is set to length 1 up to a band where the foaming degree and hardness of the strip material of the uncured non-foamed resin become about 50% of those of a final product and two or more pairs of large diameter rolls 4A, 4B spaced apart from each other at the opposed interval equal to the thickness of the product are arranged at an appropriate interval over the band length L2 where the resin reaches a final foaming degree and hardness. When the resin is cured up to final hardness between the large diameter rolls 4A, 4B, gas is discharged. |
