<p>PURPOSE:To dispose of the smoke by making it dissolved in water as a very effective safety measure and a powerful measure against environmental pollution by sending the smoke of an incinerator to a water tank from a pump chamber through a drying chamber and eliminating the smoke by the aeration action that is formed in a closed water tank. CONSTITUTION:The smoke goes from the combustion chamber 1 into a pump chamber C with the temperature in a drying chamber B raised by the smoke pipe 2, and it becomes air bubbles by the aeration action from the lower section 9 of a closed water tank D by the operation of a pump and comes up to the water face 18. The air pressure in the closed water tank D rises and it presses down the water face 18, and the smoke goes to a next water tank E through a siphon lid 14 and in the water tank E it comes up to the water face 17 by aeration action, and there it raises the air pressure, and it goes to the next water tank F from the siphon lid 15 and it comes up to the water face 16 by aeration action and is discharged to the atmosphere. On the other hand, replenishing water is put into the water tank D through its pipe 8 and the water enters a drying chamber B by a storage pump 20 through the pipe 21 of the water tank F via the lower sections 13 of the water tanks D, E and the lower sections 12 of the water tanks E, F and the coal containing water is jetted out of a spraying nozzle 3 to evaporate the water and the soot and coal dusts are accumulated in the lower section 7.</p> |
