PURPOSE:To protect an uneven part of a rouged surface at the time of cutting, packaging, conveying or laminating, to simplify a pressing work, to improve its production efficiency particularly in steps of manufacturing a copper-plated laminated board for a printed circuit board and to improve a quality of the obtained laminated board for the circuit board. CONSTITUTION:A both-side roughed copper foil with a protective film, wherein metal foil or an organic film having a melting point higher than a laminating temperature, is superposed on one side of a both-side roughed copper foil for lamination, and the both-sided roughed copper foil and metal foil or the organic film are continuously or intermittently made to adhere or stuck at one or both edges. |
