<p>PURPOSE:To eliminate limitation of approachability/maintainability of a boiling part and selection of an installation place for a hot water storage part by a method wherein the boiling part is separated away from the hot water storage part, and the hot water storage part is located between inner and outer walls, on a roof, or at an underground within a site. CONSTITUTION:A hot water storage tank 1 and a boiling part 2 containing an electric heater and a control part are formed independently away from each other. The hot water storage tank 1 needing no maintainability is disposed by effectively utilizing a dead space between an inner wall Wi and an outer wall Wo of a housing. A water feed pipe 5 for feeding supply water W, a faucet 4, and a hot water feed pipe 3 to a bath tub 6 are provided. Meanwhile, since a boiling finish part 2 is disposed in a manner to be capable of approaching the outer wall Wo surface and maintainability is excellent, not only exchange and maintenance of a heater but also exchange of other defective part than the heater is independently facilitates. The hot water feed pipe 3 is disposed in a manner to run vertically from the upper part of the hot water storage tank 1 toward the faucet 4 of the bath tub 6. A water pressure is generated by means of a head therebetween and a hot water feed velocity is increased, whereby a time in which the bath tube 6 is filled with hot water and, hot water is poured therein can be shortened.</p> |
