PURPOSE:To enable placement of sub-units and the like on a building unit without interference with a small beam for reinforcing eaves as well as without damage in a roof u it falling preventing function in a structure for attaching eaves reinforcing small beam for preventing falling of roof unit in a building unit eaves part such as of a first floor living room unit and the like. CONSTITUTION:One end side of an eaves reinforcing small beam 20 is mounted on a roof beam in a manner of being flush with the top face of the beam 4 at the top part of a housing unit 1 or of being disposed below the top face of the beam 4.
