PURPOSE:To make it possible to detect the rotor position of a brushless motor in a short time by slightly rotating the motor without requiring a pole sensor. CONSTITUTION:Operations S1-S4 for storing a memory table with a rotary angle 91 of a brushless motor being obtained when the motor is fed with a constant current having a desired set angle for a predetermined period are repeated sequentially S5, S6 until the set angle reaches 360 deg. and a set angle 90 for maximum rotary angle theta1 is detected S7 as the pole position of rotor. |
