PURPOSE:To decrease the temperature coefficient of the resonance frequency and reduce the occurrence of chipping caused by polishing and the like by adding one or more kinds of elements selected from a group of Fe, Ga, Cu, Y, Ce, Nb to Pb1-xCaxZrO3 (0.25<=x<=0.5) at the ratio of a specific atom%. CONSTITUTION:At least one or more kinds of elements selected from a group of Fe, Ga, Cu, Y, Ce, Nb are added at the ratio of 0.1-2.0 atom% to a dielectric porcelain composition material expressed by Pb1-xCaxZrO3, where 0.25<=x<=0.5. When Fe, Ga, Cu, Y, Ce, Nb are added, the temperature tauf is improved. When a sample added with Fe, Ga, Cu, Y is barrel-polished, the chipping occurrence rate can be reduced from about 10% in the past to about 3-4%, for example, during the chamfering by barrel polishing. |
