PURPOSE:To obtain the similarity extracting method in an operation variable which can extract similarity of operation instances (success instance/failure instance) executed in the past. CONSTITUTION:This method has a process for deriving a variation pattern of every instance by typing a variation of each operation variable before and after an operation change, with regard to plural instances in which the same operation change is executed, a process for deriving a ratio of the number of instances in which variation patterns coincide and the number of all events, and a process for deleting successively the operation variable in which a variance in the variation direction is the largest until this ratio reaches a set ratio, and extracting the operation variable at the time when this ratio reaches the set ratio. |
