PURPOSE:To provide a downsized analog driver for piezoelectric element wherein a switching element can be operated effectively in saturated region. CONSTITUTION:Split primary windings 111, 112 of a transformer 11 are connected, respectively, with transistors 14, 15 connected in series with a power supply 12 whereas the secondary windings 113, 114 are connected, respectively, with transistors 16, 17 connected in series with a piezoelectric element 13. The piezoelectric element 13 delivers a voltage to a control circuit 22 receiving a command signal from a command signal source 23 and the transistor 14 is turned ON for a predetermined time under a mode 1 where the command signal voltage increases positively followed by turn ON of the transistor 17 thus letting the voltage of the piezoelectric element 1 follow up the command value. Under decreasing mode 2 of the command signal voltage, the transistor 16 is turned ON for a predetermined time followed by turn ON of the transistor 15 thus recovering the voltage of the piezoelectric element 13 to a DC power supply 12. |
