PURPOSE:To save labor, time and manhour for the edit of numerical data by automating the conversion and edit of the numerical data so as to unnecessitate the description of an arithmetic expression by a user. CONSTITUTION:An input means 10 inputs a numerical data editing request. A control part 20 controls the processing of a unit information connecting part 30 and a numerical conversion part 40. The connecting part 30 extracts the table defining information of a table requested to be edited and unit system defining information from a data base 30 and mutually relates these extracted information. The numerical conversion part 40 acquires storage data in a specified column from the data base 60 and converts the numerical data into specified edited unit information to edit the storage data. An output means 50 outputs the edited storage data to a screen, a document or a storage medium as edited output data. |
