<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a vinyl chloride decorative metal sheet in which the outer surface of a protective layer on a vinyl chloride sheet is smoothly finished while the printed face of the vinyl chloride sheet gives an impression of recesses and protrusions to those who see it. CONSTITUTION:A vinyl chloride sheet 4, in which a printed face 2 on the surface of said sheet is embossed in the form of recesses and protrusions, is laminated on a metal sheet 10. A thermosetting type clear resin varnish is applied on the printed face 2 of the vinyl chloride sheet 4. This clear resin varnish is baked to form a protective layer 20. The depth of recessed and protruding parts 3 to be formed on the side of the printed face 2 is set to 20 to 80mum. The clear resin varnish is baked at a temperature not higher than 140 deg.C.</p> |
